As World Health Organization, 1948 has precisely said: Health is a state of complete mental, social and physical well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. So, keep fighting COVID 19 physically and mentally, don’t let it succeed.

- Maintain Social Distancing
- Don’t Travel unless it is compulsory
- Sanitize as much as possible when you are outside your house
- Take special care of Elders and Kids
- Eat Healthily
- If any symptoms show, quarantine yourself and get yourself Tested.
